Events & Community Engagement Assistant

Role Overview
We’re looking for someone friendly, energetic, and people-oriented to support our events and community-building efforts within the wealth advisory space. In this role, you’ll help connect with young parents and pet owners, facilitate meaningful interactions, and create a welcoming, engaging environment for all participants.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and host weekly community events, meet-ups, or learning sessions
• Keep our Telegram and WhatsApp groups active with updates, reminders, and conversations
• Welcome newcomers and help them feel comfortable and included
• Work closely with the team to brainstorm and execute new engagement ideas
• Support smooth event operations, from planning to on-the-ground facilitation
