We are looking to recruit an Exam Compliance Coordinator to play an important part in protecting the fairness and validity of our assessments, complying with meeting our regulatory requirements, and protecting Cambridge English's reputation.
Please note, we are recruiting for two positions within the Quality & Compliance team, one working primarily in the Security team, the other in the Centre Approvals team, although it is expected that the role holder may need to work on other tasks within Quality & Compliance where required.

What will you do as an Exam Compliance Coordinator?
As a member of the Quality & Compliance team, the role facilitates and supervises a variety of key processes for all our exam centres throughout their journey as a Cambridge customer.
This includes carrying out essential due diligence checks for new and existing centres, conducting malpractice investigations to uphold the quality of our exams, as well as monitoring Speaking quality assurance and utilising data to identify underperforming centres.
What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?
You will be an ideal candidate if you possess the following:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail with organisational and decision-making skills
- Ability to identify problems, assess risk and to decide upon and take appropriate action within agreed guidelines.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
