Join us as the Executive Assistant to the Principal and become a key driver of smooth, high‑impact operations across the school. In this vital role, you’ll provide high-level executive support, coordinate strategic priorities for the senior leadership team, and keep communication flowing clearly and professionally with all stakeholders.
You’ll prepare high-quality reports and briefings, support governance and compliance, manage essential documentation, and build strong, trusted relationships across the school community.
Hours for this position will be typically between 8.00am to 4.00pm with some flexibility required.

About your experience:
- Experience using education management systems such as TASS or willingness to learn.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in high-level executive or senior administration support roles.
- Experience in an educational or not-for-profit organisation.
- Proven experience in preparing complex reports, briefings, and professional communications for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications/Essential:
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or relevant qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
- A current NSW Working with Children Check (With clearance to work with children).
- National Criminal History Check (Newcastle Anglican will consider the relevance of any reported outcomes).
- Be committed to our school values and proactively contribute to our team.
- Applicants will be screened for appropriate child protection purposes as we are a Child Safe School.
Desirable:
- Diploma qualification in office management, government or education administration.
- Experience working with or reporting to boards, executive leadership or governance bodies.
- Familiarity with school operations, including enrolments, event coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple deadlines or priorities in a dynamic work environment.
