In our Taste Division, we craft unique, technology-enabled Flavor designs that define the identity of Food and Beverage brands, shape trends in Flavor development, and fuel market success.
In this role, you will work closely with the Vice President of Taste Innovation and the Vice President of Innovation & R&D Strategy. Operating as a trusted partner and right-hand, you will enable focus, alignment, and execution by anticipating needs, managing priorities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This strategically important role sits at the heart of Taste Innovation, enabling the execution of a complex global innovation agenda.
You will lead end-to-end administrative and operational support for calendar management, global travel, expense management, and event coordination. Working closely with Innovation Program Directors and the broader Executive Assistant community, you will help ensure seamless operations while strengthening leadership effectiveness and business impact.
The role offers broad exposure and development opportunities, requires flexible working hours, and allows for remote support as needed.

  • Skillfully manage intricate calendars and navigate scheduling conflicts with ease
  • Organize engaging meetings by booking the perfect rooms, coordinating attendees, arranging delicious catering, and crafting thoughtful agendas
  • Plan exciting international travel and efficiently handle expense processes through SAP Concur.
  • Prepare, refine, and enhance correspondence, presentations, and reports to ensure clarity and impact
  • Foster clear and timely communication on behalf of the executive, building trust and transparency
  • Support informed decision-making with insightful research, data analysis, and comprehensive summaries
  • Track and manage key projects to ensure deadlines are met, and deliverables are achieved
  • Champion strategic improvements that align with business goals while nurturing strong, collaborative relationships.
What makes you the right fit?
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
  • At least three years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, preferably in a complex organizational structure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel, and PowerPoint); experience with SAP is an added advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate intricate international travel arrangements, navigating different time zones and cultural considerations with ease
  • Exceptional organization and prioritization skills, thriving in fast‑paced settings with a proactive and solutions‑driven approach.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams and locations, and proficient in digital tools that support productivity and remote collaboration
