We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the General Manager in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage GM's schedule, appointments and meetings
- Organize files, documents and data for quick reference
- Take accurate meeting minutes and submit promptly
- Track customer birthdays and coordinate meetings
- Monitor department and individual expenses
- Follow-up on pending doables and departmental reports
- Report preparation, summary and presentations
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Office Management, Admin or other related course
- 1-3 years experience in administrative or executive assistance
- Tech-savvy (strong MS Office and Google Workspace skills)
- Excellent communication, organization and time management skills
- Willing to learn and a team player
