About the Role:
We are a fast-growing startup tech company looking for an Executive Assistant / Secretary to directly support the CEO with administrative, operational, and organizational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Owner’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and reminders
- Handle business correspondence, emails, phone calls, and basic document drafting
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files and records
- Assist in tracking tasks, deadlines, and basic project coordination
- Conduct research on suppliers, clients, services, or other business-related topics
- Maintain confidentiality on all company and personal matters
- Assist in preparing and sending client quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
- Help track sales inquiries, leads, and client interactions
- Maintain and update simple sales and client databases (CRM support)
- Coordinate meetings and communications with prospective clients
- Assist in planning and scheduling social media posts and content (light)
- Help prepare marketing materials, simple graphics, and presentations
- Support in organizing marketing campaigns and events (online or onsite)
- Research competitors, market trends, and customer needs
- Assist with light personal errands when needed
- Help coordinate company activities, internal events, and small projects
- Perform other administrative or operational duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- College graduate (any course welcome, preferably Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related fields)
- Relevant experience is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and technologies
- Trustworthy, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Job Details
Pay: Php14,000.00 – Php15,000.00 per month
Schedule: Hybrid – flexible, with some onsite days in Metro Manila
