Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Manager – Operations to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing client operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, expanding our global network of professional associates, and advising on international business setup and relocation solutions. This is a high-impact role ideal for professionals with a strong background in corporate advisory, accounting, and compliance.


Key Responsibilities

1.⁠ ⁠Corporate Advisory & Client Operations

Engage with clients to understand and assess their business incorporation and structuring needs.


Handle end-to-end incorporation processes, including advisory, documentation, and submission to relevant authorities (e.g., ACRA, IRAS).


Provide ongoing compliance support including statutory filings, annual returns, and tax submissions.


Offer value-added CFO advisory and accounting services to clients.


Act as the central point of contact for all client operational queries and ensure timely and accurate service delivery.


2.⁠ ⁠Global Network Development & Business Promotion

Build and maintain strategic alliances with Chartered Accountants, legal professionals, and corporate service providers worldwide.


Promote One Incorp’s service offerings to global partners and develop opportunities for cross-border collaboration.


Participate in international business forums, webinars, and networking events to represent the company and explore growth avenues.


3.⁠ ⁠Relocation & Citizenship Advisory

Advise clients on global relocation options, including residency, citizenship, and mobility programs.


Coordinate with relocation partners and legal experts to ensure smooth processing for clients.


Maintain up-to-date knowledge on international relocation policies and frameworks.


Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, Accounting, or related field.


Professional qualification (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA) preferred.


5+ years of relevant experience in corporate advisory, compliance, accounting, or business consulting.


Strong understanding of Singapore corporate compliance (ACRA, IRAS) and international business structuring.


Excellent interpersonal and client-handling skills.


Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.


Strong international orientation and cultural awareness.


Multilingual ability is a plus.
