Executive Housekeeper

Role Overview

The Luxury Residential Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, order, and presentation of a high-end private residence to the highest luxury standards. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and pride in delivering a consistently immaculate living environment for the owner and guests.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in luxury homes, high-end villas, or five-star hospitality settings and understands the importance of privacy, professionalism, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Housekeeping & Cleaning Standards

 Perform daily and deep cleaning of all interior spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living

areas, kitchens, and staff areas.

 Maintain spotless presentation of floors, surfaces, glass, fixtures, and furnishings.

 Follow detailed cleaning schedules and checklists aligned with luxury standards.

 Ensure the home is always “owner-ready” or “guest-ready.”

2. Laundry & Wardrobe Care

 Handle laundry, ironing, steaming, and folding with care and precision.

 Manage delicate fabrics, fine linens, designer clothing, and specialty items.

 Organize wardrobes, drawers, and storage areas neatly and efficiently.

 Monitor linen quality and report replacement needs.

3. Linen, Inventory & Supplies Management

 Maintain high-quality standards for bed linens, towels, table linens, and guest amenities.

 Track inventory of cleaning products, toiletries, and household supplies.

 Report low stock levels and assist with restocking.

 Ensure proper storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

4. Guest & Owner Service Support

 Prepare bedrooms and bathrooms before arrivals, including turndown service when required.

 Assist with table setting, service support, and light food preparation as directed.

 Respond promptly and discreetly to owner or guest requests.

 Maintain a courteous, respectful, and professional demeanor at all times.

5. Care of Luxury Interiors & Assets

 Clean and care for high-end furniture, artwork, décor, and surfaces using appropriate methods.

 Follow special instructions for marble, hardwood, antiques, and delicate finishes.

 Identify and report damage, wear, or maintenance issues immediately.

6. Hygiene, Safety & Confidentiality

 Follow strict hygiene and sanitation protocols.

 Adhere to health and safety standards, including proper handling of cleaning products.

 Maintain confidentiality regarding the household, owner, and guests.

 Respect privacy and operate discreetly at all times.

Required Qualifications & Experience

 Minimum 2–5 years’ experience as a housekeeper in luxury homes, villas, yachts, or five-star hotels.

 Knowledge of luxury cleaning standards and high-end household care.

 Ability to follow detailed instructions and cleaning protocols.

 Good working knowledge of English; additional languages are an advantage.

 Willing to relocate to the Caribbean
