We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Expeditor to assist in processing company-related transactions and coordinating with various government agencies. The role is responsible for ensuring timely submission, follow-up, and completion of permits, registrations, compliance documents, and other official requirements necessary for business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and facilitate company transactions with government agencies and offices.
  • Submit, monitor, and follow up permits, licenses, registrations, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding document preparation and requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of submitted and completed transactions.
  • Ensure timely renewal of government-related documents and permits.
  • Assist in handling administrative and clerical tasks related to compliance and documentation.
  • Provide status updates and reports regarding ongoing applications and transactions.

Qualifications

  • Must have at least 6 months of experience handling government office transactions.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Familiarity with government agencies and compliance procedures.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Honest, dependable, and detail-oriented.

Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php16,500.00 per month
