We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Expeditor to assist in processing company-related transactions and coordinating with various government agencies. The role is responsible for ensuring timely submission, follow-up, and completion of permits, registrations, compliance documents, and other official requirements necessary for business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and facilitate company transactions with government agencies and offices.
- Submit, monitor, and follow up permits, licenses, registrations, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding document preparation and requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of submitted and completed transactions.
- Ensure timely renewal of government-related documents and permits.
- Assist in handling administrative and clerical tasks related to compliance and documentation.
- Provide status updates and reports regarding ongoing applications and transactions.
Qualifications
- Must have at least 6 months of experience handling government office transactions.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Familiarity with government agencies and compliance procedures.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
- Honest, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php16,500.00 per month
