Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Concrete Restoration Project Manager to lead and oversee complex concrete repair and restoration projects. Duties

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of concrete restoration projects across various sites, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards
• Develop detailed project schedules using construction management software to monitor progress and adjust plans proactively
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and internal teams to define project scope, budgets, and timelines
• Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately interpret project requirements and identify potential challenges early on
• Utilize construction estimating tools to prepare accurate cost estimates and manage budgets effectively
• Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with contract terms using Bluebeam/Procore for document review and markup
• Assist in procurement processes for materials such as concrete mixes, reinforcement materials, and specialized restoration products
• Conduct site inspections regularly to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and resolve issues promptly
• Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, risks, and milestones for stakeholders
• Ensure all work complies with local codes, industry standards, and contractual obligations

Skills

• REQUIRED: Proven experience managing concrete restoration
• Strong knowledge of construction site safety practices and regulations
• Proficiency in project management tools including Construction management software for scheduling and tracking. PROCORE experience a plus!
• Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical documentation review
• Expertise in contracts administration and negotiation strategies
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with construction estimating techniques using Bluebeam, Procore, or similar software
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams effectively across various phases of construction projects
• Strong communication skills for clear collaboration with clients, team members, and stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with construction site operations involving concrete repair techniques and materials

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
