Experience High- Rise Window Cleaner

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused High-Rise Window Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning exterior windows and building façades on high-rise and commercial properties using rope access systems, suspended platforms, or aerial lifts. The ideal candidate is physically fit, detail-oriented, and comfortable working at heights. Duties

• Clean windows using hand tools, squeegees, and appropriate cleaning solutions to ensure streak-free results
• Utilize power tools and other equipment for high or hard-to-reach windows safely and efficiently
• Perform facilities maintenance tasks related to window cleaning, including minor repairs or touch-ups as needed
• Maintain safety standards by using proper safety gear and following protocols during all cleaning activities
• Manage multiple cleaning projects within scheduled timeframes, demonstrating effective time management
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
• Assist with custodial duties such as dusting, sweeping, and general facility upkeep when required
• Heavy lifting of equipment or supplies may be necessary; proper technique is essential for safety

Qualifications

• Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred, especially with window cleaning or facilities maintenance
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment is advantageous
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the day
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently when handling equipment or supplies
• Reliable work ethic with a focus on attention to detail and quality of work
• Good physical condition, capable of working at heights and in various weather conditions if necessary

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
