Experienced Bar Staff required for busy operation in Navan, Co. Meath

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy, quality driven operation

Excellent spoken and written English

Weekend Work required

Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee the preparation and serving of drinks, ensuring consistency and quality.

Handle cash, card transactions, and reconciliation of daily sales.

Duty Manage shifts if required and assist Management team in day to day business operations

Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving customer complaints.

Report any issues, errors, or faults that cannot be resolved to Management.

Have a full knowledge and understanding of all bar and restaurant services and a general knowledge of all other facilities and opening hours and communicate these to guests as required.

Be aware of, and adhere to, all Health and Safety, fire safety and security procedures.

The Ideal Candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, the desire to provide consistently high customer service and the ability to work well within a team.
