We are a busy and well-established barber shop in Langford, BC, looking for an experienced barber to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a professional barber who takes pride in their work and wants consistent clients, a strong team environment, and excellent earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality men’s haircuts, fades, tapers, and beard services

• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of your workstation and tools

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-traffic barber shop

• Represent the shop professionally at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience as a barber

• Ability to perform modern and classic men’s haircuts

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude

Compensation

• Pay is based on commission or chair rental

• Earnings depend on performance and client volume

• Tips are 100% yours
