At Twisted Sista, we are passionate about putting a twist on life’s simple pleasures! With six stores across Melbourne, we are seeking an Experienced Barista / All Rounder to join our dynamic team at our NEW Pakenham store

About You:

• Proven Barista experience is a MUST – Minimum 2 years making 30kg-40kg of coffee per week
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Café All Rounder / Waitstaff
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• A difference maker with a can-do attitude
• High standard of excellence and teamwork
• Enjoy contributing to a fun, team-oriented, and customer-focused atmosphere
• Experience with Bepoz/Vectron POS systems preferred but not essential

About the Role:

We have casual, part-time, and full-time positions available. Applicants must be available on weekdays (7:30 AM – 6:00 PM) and weekends on a rotating roster.

Only applicants with proven Barista skills will be considered.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain the coffee station and prepare high-quality beverages
• Work across all café sections as required
• Perform daily café tasks, including waiting tables, clearing, and dishwashing
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Assist in customer order preparation
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare our signature Mega Twisted Shakez
• General cleaning and station maintenance
• Stock rotation and re-stocking

Job Details:

Required Experience:

• Barista: 2 years (Required)
• Café All Rounder: 1 year (Preferred)
• Order taking on Electronic Ordering System: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

• Must have legal working rights in Australia
• Work Location: In Person (Twisted Sista Pakenham)
