Experienced Barista (Part-Time)

About the Role:

Thomas Davis GAA Club is looking for an experienced and friendly Barista to join our café team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages while providing excellent customer service to our members, visitors, and community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and hot beverages using espresso machines
• Deliver friendly and efficient customer service
• Take customer orders and handle payments accurately
• Maintain a clean and organised café and coffee station
• Assist with serving light food items when required
• Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are followed
• Help restock supplies and maintain café presentation

Requirements:

• Previous barista experience and confidence using commercial coffee machines
• Passion for coffee and delivering great customer service
• Friendly, positive, and reliable with strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a busy environment
• Flexibility to work weekends

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From €12.50 per hour
