The Role: We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and skilled Senior Bartender with at least 5 years of experience in a bustling Irish bar. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Serve our guests with efficiency and a smile, ensuring a memorable experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
• Manage Bar Operations: Handle all aspects of bar duties including preparing and serving drinks, managing stock levels, and overseeing the cleanliness of the bar area.
• Coordinate Deliveries: Receive and organize deliveries, ensuring all supplies are accounted for and stored correctly.
• Enhance Customer Experience: Engage with patrons, provide recommendations, and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years working in an Irish bar environment, demonstrating your ability to thrive under pressure.
• Weekend Availability: Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English with strong customer service skills, capable of engaging with diverse guests and creating a warm, inviting environment.
• Work Permit: Valid work permit to legally work in Ireland.

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekend availability
