Role Overview

We’re on the hunt for a passionate and experienced bartender who:

• Masters the art of classic cocktails and can creatively craft signature drinks akin to our Smokey Old Fashioned and Sunday Roast.
• Is knowledgeable about and excited to present an exceptional wine list, spanning quality reds, whites, and rosés, from approachable to premium labels .
• Delivers warm, personable service in a stylish, vibrant environment beloved by locals and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve classic and bespoke signature cocktails with flair and consistency.
• Have a confident and informed approach to wine service, including pairing recommendations.
• Manage bar operations efficiently—maintain stock, cleanliness, and pace during busy service.
• Engage guests in a way that enriches their dining experience and reinforces the restaurant’s esteemed reputation.

Your Profile

• Minimum of 3 years bartending experience in a busy, high-end restaurant or bar.
• Strong command of classic cocktail techniques and an innovative mindset for developing new recipes.
• Solid knowledge of wines—grape varieties, regions, vintages—and the confidence to make recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and a dedication to delivering top-tier customer experience.
