Salary €34,000 - €38,000 per annum depending on experience

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our growing sales team and help ensure smooth, efficient sales operations.

Job Summary

The Sales Administrator will play a key role in supporting day-to-day sales activities, managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate customer and sales data, and ensuring exceptional internal and external communication. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-driven, tech-savvy, customer focused and passionate about supporting a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate and timely data entry

· Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics

· Assist with order processing, invoicing, quotations and contract preparation

· Coordinate communication between customers, sales agents, and internal departments

· Support the sales team with scheduling, delivery preparation, and customer service follow-up

· Handle customer inquiries and route them appropriately

· Maintain organised digital and physical files

· Contribute to process improvements to enhance sales efficiency

Qualifications

· Minimum 2 years proven experience in an administrative, sales support, or customer service role

· Strong organisational and time-management skills

· Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office/Google Workspace

· Sage experiences an advance

· Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal

· Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

· Experience in a gardening / showroom environment sector is a plus

Required / Preferred Skills

· Previous experience of basic sales processes, CRM systems and terminology

· Ability to analyse data and generate meaningful reports

· Experience working with spreadsheets and sales tracking tools

· Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach

· Living In Ireland

· Fluent written and verbal English

· Valid Irish work permit
