Experienced General Operative

Madden Contracts is seeking a full-time, permanent General Operative to join our team on residential construction projects in South Dublin.

This is an opportunity to join a growing company with a newly established Dublin office and strong long-term workload. We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career in construction and become a valued member of our team.

The role will involve working across a variety of residential construction projects, supporting site operations and trades to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working in construction
• Full driver’s licence
• Access to a car during the probation period
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious
• Interested in long-term employment and career development in construction

This is a PAYE position only.

Pay: €20.00-€22.00 per hour
