We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Kitchen Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing custom kitchens, cabinets, countertops, and related fixtures with precision and professionalism. Your expertise will ensure that each project meets our high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse remodeling projects, utilizing your extensive carpentry and construction skills to transform spaces into functional and beautiful environments.

Duties

• Measure, cut, assemble, and install kitchen cabinets, countertops, and fixtures according to blueprints and schematics
• Read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and technical plans to ensure accurate installation
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for framing, trim carpentry, and fixture installation
• Perform heavy lifting of materials such as cabinetry, appliances, and building components while maintaining safety protocols
• Conduct site preparation including framing, drywall installation, caulking, plastering, and finishing work to ensure a smooth installation process
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to coordinate schedules and meet project deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to all safety regulations on construction sites

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a kitchen installer or in a similar carpentry/construction role with a strong portfolio of completed projects
• Extensive knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, and fixture installation
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery (if applicable), and other fabrication equipment
• Familiarity with various construction disciplines including masonry, plumbing, electrical work, roofing, siding, drywall finishing, and flooring installation
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on active job sites
• Strong understanding of schematics and technical drawings for precise installations
• Experience working on construction sites with knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA standards
