Experienced Kitchen Porter - Full Time

We are a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen looking for an experienced Kitchen Porter to join our team. Our restaurant prides itself on quality, cleanliness, and efficiency, and we are seeking someone with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. As a Kitchen Porter, you will be an integral part of our kitchen operations, supporting the team in keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Assist in the disposal of kitchen waste and recycling in line with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure all areas of the kitchen are tidy and organised to meet food safety standards.
• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with other duties to support daily operations.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained properly.
• Assist in cleaning down kitchen at the end of service.
• Adhere to all health and safety standards and procedures at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working as a kitchen porter or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• A proactive approach to tasks and a willingness to support other team members as required.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Pay: €13.50-€13.60 per hour
