Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Landscaping General Operative to join our team. This is a hands-on, varied role supporting all aspects of landscape construction and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a broad skill set across hard and soft landscaping, take pride in their work, and be comfortable interacting with clients on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with all aspects of landscape construction, including:
• Paving and hard landscaping works
• Basic carpentry (decking, fencing, timber structures)
• Installation of garden features and finishes
• Supporting soft landscaping activities such as:
• Planting, soil preparation, and turfing
• Mulching and garden establishment
• Carrying out general garden and landscape maintenance:
• Lawn care, pruning, hedge cutting, and seasonal upkeep
• Assisting with site preparation:
• Groundworks, excavation, and material handling
• Maintaining tools, equipment, and a clean, organised site
• Working closely with team members to deliver projects efficiently and to a high standard
• Representing the company professionally when interacting with clients on-site

Required Experience & Skills:

• Previous experience in landscaping or construction (minimum 3 years)
• Safe Pass and Manual Handling
• Practical knowledge of:
• Paving and general hard landscaping
• Basic carpentry and use of hand/power tools
• Planting and garden maintenance
• Ability to follow instructions and work from plans where required
• Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in all conditions
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Safe and responsible approach to work practices
• Full, clean driving licence (preferred)

Pay: €34,500.00-€39,000.00 per year
