Experienced Live-In Nanny For High-Profile Family – Zürich & Ibiza

Are you an experienced, energetic, and caring nanny looking for an exceptional opportunity? We are a warm and dynamic international family seeking a dedicated nanny to care for our three boys (1, 3, and 12 years old) in our homes in Zürich and Ibiza. This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a love for travel, as we frequently move between locations.

Responsibilities:

1. Childcare & Development

• Provide attentive and loving care for the children
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
• Plan and engage in age-appropriate educational and fun activities (Montessori experience is a plus)
• Support the children’s emotional and social development

2. Household & Organizational Support

• Maintain a tidy and organized space for the children (play areas, bedrooms, kitchen)
• Manage children’s laundry and belongings
• Assist with light household errands and grocery shopping as needed

3. Communication & Teamwork

• Maintain open communication with parents about the children’s progress
• Provide regular updates on activities, milestones, and needs
• Work closely with the mother, who is actively involved in the children’s lives

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 4 years of experience caring for young children (under 3 years old)
• Montessori education preferred
• Fluent in English or German (Swedish or Norwegian is a plus)
• European passport & valid driver’s license
• Active and energetic, able to keep up with young children
• Highly organized, emotionally intelligent, and adaptable
• Comfortable with frequent travel and new environments
• Respectful of family values and privacy

Work Schedule & Living Arrangements:

• 6 days per week, 12-hour availability (typically 8 AM - 7 PM, with breaks)
• The 3-year-old attends pre-kindergarten from 9 AM - 3 PM, and the baby will soon start daycare in the mornings
• Private room in each home (Zürich, Ibiza, and Swiss mountain retreat)
