Experienced Painter

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and a strong understanding of construction and restoration processes. This role involves both residential and commercial painting projects, requiring attention to detail, time management, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities

• Execute painting tasks for residential and commercial properties, ensuring a high-quality finish.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications to determine the scope of work.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, caulking, sanding, and priming as necessary.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various painting applications.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and maintaining clear communication throughout the project.
• Assist in rigging and carpentry tasks as needed to support painting operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction painting, restoration, or related fields.
• Proficiency in residential and commercial painting techniques.
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading and schematic interpretation.
• Familiarity with rigging practices and carpentry skills is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

Pay: $23.00-$32.00 per hour
