Requirements:

• Experience with Commercial & residential is a plus
• Experience with Sentricon baiting systems is a plus
• Experience in bed bug treatment and wildlife/exclusion is a bonus
• Strong sales skills to effectively promote services to clients while providing solutions for their pest issues.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments (residential, commercial).
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Strong work ethic and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Apply pest control treatments safely and effectively while adhering to regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Utilize sales skills to promote additional services and products to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and products used.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
