Expert Property is currently seeking a skilled and qualified Maintenance Plumber to join our team. If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise in a dynamic environment, then this role is for you!

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Maintenance Department to ensure smooth, safe, and compliant operation.
- Adhere to industry legislation, particularly Health and Safety regulations.
- Maintain heating systems and install or service boilers.
- Perform acceptance testing of new equipment.
- Update records using verbal, written, and electronic communication methods.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- RGI Qualified with a current certification.
- Demonstrated experience in general domestic and commercial maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to work flexibly and support colleagues within the Maintenance department.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Hold a Full Driving Licence.
