Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and upselling menu items.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests are noted.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
• Process payments using the cash register, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure guest health and safety.

Experience

• Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
• Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and increase sales is a plus.
• Familiarity with food handling practices to ensure compliance with health regulations is beneficial.
