Experienced Server

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcomed.
• Take accurate food and drink orders usimg hand written method and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns or requests promptly.
• Prepare tables for service by setting up utensils, glassware, and condiments as needed.
• Assist with food preparation and ensure proper food handling practices are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food.

Skills

• Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of the food industry.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Knowledge of serving techniques and food safety practices is essential.
• Experience in food preparation or food handling is a plus.
• Barista experience is beneficial for establishments that serve coffee or specialty drinks.
• Strong hospitality skills with an emphasis on creating enjoyable experiences for guests.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.65 per hour
