Experienced Server

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality, fine dining, and providing top-notch service, we would love to hear from you. Experience is preferred and banquet service experience is a plus!

Duties:

- Greet and serve guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with our menu.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including bussing tables and ensuring a clean and hygienic environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests are satisfied with their dining experience.
- Handle cash accurately and efficiently.
- Manage food and beverage orders in a timely manner, ensuring that orders are fulfilled promptly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our guests, providing personalized service and recommendations.

Requirements/preferred skills:

- Previous experience in the food service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Excellent guest relations skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with food industry standards and regulations.
- Ability to lift and carry trays and equipment.
