Experienced Showroom Sales / Administration Assistant

Sheds Direct Ireland a leading garden sheds supplier in Ireland are expanding

We’re looking for experienced, motivated and target-driven Sales Administrators/ Executives to join our team in our Finglas showroom

If you have a passion for sales and delivering top-tier customer experiences, this role is for you!

This role involves providing exceptional service in a busy showroom environment, assisting customers with product selection, product collection and maximising sales opportunities. The candidate will need to carry boxed items for customers to their car weighing up to 30KG

Full time and Weekend roles available

Full time: 39 hours over 5 days per week (Saturday Mandatory)

Weekend : 16 hours over Friday & Saturday

Salary €16.50 - €21 per hour depending on experience

Role Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of sales & administration experience (sheds industry experience is a plus). Previous experience in face-to-face customer service within a wholesale or showroom environment within Ireland essential
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • A positive, self-motivated attitude-with a drive for success.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English with full work authorisation (for full time working) in Ireland.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in the showroom while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
  • Assist customers in selecting shed / garden products by explaining benefits and technical features.
  • Ensure the showroom is clean, safe, and well-merchandised in collaboration with management.
  • Communicate effectively with management & customers on delivery timelines.
  • Payment / order processing / Invoicing
  • Provide support to internal and external sales teams to achieve sales goals.
  • Strong teamwork and organisational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient IT skills with good computer literacy.
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
  • A minimum of 2 years Micosoft Office experience required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a tailored, high quality customer experience.
  • Build expert knowledge of the brand and products.
  • Meet sales targets while maintaining brand standards.
  • Guide customers through the shed selection and purchase process.
  • Maintain the showroom and display areas to brand standards.
  • Load small garden items for customers (boxes up to 30kg)
