PV Gen is a high-performance sales company in the domestic solar PV market. We’ve been established for 10 years and are still growing fast, and now we're looking to bring additional proven solar sales professionals into our team who can hit the ground running and close at a high level.

This is not a starter role. We’re offering an opportunity exclusively for experienced consultants to plug into a successful system with quality booked appointments and excellent earnings potential.

What We Offer

• Fully Qualified Appointments Provided – You focus on closing, we handle the lead gen and booking. Our booking team receives consistent feedback and ongoing training through the use of call recordings and guidance from an experienced management team to ensure that you are only sent to closable appointments.
• Local Territories – Most appointments are within an hour of your location. From time to time, you may be asked if you want to travel further from home, if there's an abundance of leads in certain areas.
• Evening Appointments – The reality is that you’ll close more deals by being available when homeowners are. Weekend appointments are available as well, although it is not a requirement that you work weekends. But if you want to make a couple of thousand euros and be home by 3pm on a Saturday, we can get you appointments booked.
• Established Brand & Proven Process – We’ve built a successful business on being good at this. If you're in solar already, you'll have heard of us. The good news is, so have most of the people we go and see. With loads of 5* reviews, we've already built a lot of trust before you even knock on the door.

What You’ll Need

• Proven Track Record in Solar PV Sales – Domestic PV Sales experience essential.
• Your Own Car – You’ll cover your own travel costs.
• Flexible Availability – Especially in the evenings.
• Self-Discipline & Professionalism – We want professional sales consultants who close deals, not someone who just writes a price on a brochure and waits for the phone to ring.
