We are actively seeking a passionate Experienced Sales Professional to join our dynamic sales team and be part of this exciting new chapter.​ Initially, the role will be based at our current Mercedes Benz dealership in Carlow before transitioning to our new state of the art dealership in Kilkenny city.​ As an experienced Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering a premium buying experience to both existing and potential Mercedes Benz customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional Mercedes-Benz customer experience
• Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales targets
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
• Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to delivery
• Proactively follow up with leads and maintain customer database
• Stay informed on Mercedes-Benz product updates, financing options, and market trends
• Work collaboratively with the dealership team to drive performance and client satisfaction

Essential Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in automotive sales. Mercedes-Benz or other premium brand experience would be a distinct advantage
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong knowledge of the sales process, including prospecting, qualifying, test driving, and closing
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and generate repeat business
• Confidence in using CRM systems and digital sales tools (Keyloop Experience preferable)
• Passion for premium automobiles and innovative technology
• Professional appearance and manner
• Positive, team-first attitude
• Full, clean driver’s licence
• Flexibility to begin your career at our current Carlow location and then transition to our new Kilkenny dealership once fully operational

Salary Package

The competitive salary package for this role will include a base salary along with attractive commission and bonus structures.
