We are looking for Experienced Waitstaff to join the opening team of Sydney's most anticipated restaurant, Grill Americano.

Set to open this spring, Grill Americano is Sydney's most anticipated restaurant. Blending old-world European elegance with a contemporary edge to deliver a refined and immersive dining experience, Grill Americano aims to bring a new level of sophisticated dining to Sydney's culinary scene.

About LUCAS Restaurants:
Home to Australia’s most beloved and acclaimed restaurants, including Chin Chin Melbourne and Sydney, Kisumé, Society, Yakimono, Maison Batard, Grill Americano, Baby Pizza, Hawker Hall and Tombo Den. Australian in our approach and unbound by dining traditions, creating venues and experiences to be shared with others.

What you can expect:

• One-on-one interview with management
• Skills assessment
• Group activity

*Must be available to attend on the 17th or 18th September*

We are looking for people who have:

• Experience as a waitstaff in an a la carte restaurant
• Premium service experience is highly regarded
• Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to succeed
• Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
• Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Able and willing to work rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
• Must have or able to obtain a RSA (NSW) certificate
