Express Service Advisor

POSITION: Gordie Boucher Nissan of Greenfield is looking to hire an Express Service Advisor for their growing service department. Job duties include but are not limited to, determining automotive problems and services by listening to customer's description of symptoms; clarifying the description of problems; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules. Preparing repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into a service database system.

REQUIREMENTS: Experience is preferred but not required; willing to train the right candidate. Must have equipment maintenance and product knowledge. The ideal candidate should be a motivated self-starter, outgoing, proactive, willing to learn, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a positive attitude. Must have top-rated CSI standards and a focus on world-class customer service.
