Exterior Cleaning Technician – Premium Residential

Clear Vision is a premium residential exterior-cleaning company working in high-end homes.
We focus on care, consistency, and protecting client property — not rushing jobs or cutting corners.

This role is for someone who takes pride in doing things properly, follows instructions closely, and is comfortable stopping to check when unsure.

You will work alongside the owner and be trained in our systems, standards, and safety protocols.

What you’ll be doing

• Exterior window cleaning (training provided)
• Flyscreens, tracks, and basic exterior detailing
• Assisting with gutters and exterior services as trained
• Working at premium residential properties
• Following clear job instructions and safety standards

What this role is not

• Not a “figure it out as you go” job
• Not suitable for people who rush or improvise
• Not a casual fill-in around study or other priorities
• Not a role where speed matters more than care

Who this role suits

• Someone available 35–40 hours per week, consistently
• Work is your primary focus (non-student preferred)
• Comfortable stopping to ask when unsure
• Takes correction professionally
• Calm, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Values doing quality work over working fast

No window-cleaning experience required — training is provided.
What matters most is attitude, reliability, and judgment.

Pay & progression

• Starting from $27.50/hr, with structured progression
• Pay increases are permission-based, earned through demonstrated judgment, safety, and reliability — not speed
• Long-term progression opportunities for the right person

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.50 – $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
