As a Bilingual Facilitator for our Wraparound services, you will play a crucial role in nurturing stability and growth for youth and families referred through Child Welfare, Juvenile Probation, or County Behavioral Health departments. Your work will center on culturally responsive support, meeting families where they are—in their homes, foster homes, schools, and other community settings—offering care to youth at risk of out-of-home placement or transitioning from higher levels of care.
WHAT ARE WRAPAROUND SERVICES?
Seneca offers Wraparound services for children and youth at risk of placement, as well as their families. These programs are strengths-based, family-driven, flexible, and creative, aiming to help families develop the skills and supports needed to prevent or reduce the likelihood of out-of-home placement for their child. A dedicated family-based team addresses the needs of the entire family, not just the child of focus. This team includes family members, Seneca's Therapists, Support Counselors, Family Partners, Facilitators, and other community members who play vital roles in the family’s support network.
