Facilities Custodian

Job brief

We are seeking professional Housekeepers capable of attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. Our client is looking to maintain a Class A facility. The Housekeepers will be key to achieving and maintaining the facility. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment. Responsibilities:

• Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition including but not limited to cleaning dishes, restrooms, and windows
• Organize custodial closets and spaces
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
• Notify superiors on any damages, deficits
• Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
• Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
• Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper is a plus
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Customer-oriented and friendly
• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Ability to work quickly without compromising quality
• Knowledge of English language
• High school degree

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $9.50 to $12.50 /hour

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed
