With the fast growing of our business, we are planning to increase our scale in personnel and spaces. Our target is to provide a good working as well as living environment to our colleagues and branch offices. We are in search of talents that would like to support our colleagues in this dynamic electric journey.
Responsibilities:
Perform daily hands-on inspections and maintenance of offices, meeting rooms, canteen, warehouse/storage areas, and outdoor spaces.
Carry out routine repairs and replacements, including lighting, door hinges, furniture, locks, plumbing fixtures, and basic electrical items.
Assemble, install, and rearrange office furniture, shelving, whiteboards, and equipment as needed.
Conduct minor painting, patching, and finishing work to keep walls, floors, and surfaces in good condition.
Respond quickly to on-site breakdowns or technical issues—fix what can be fixed immediately and escalate only when necessary.
Coordinate and supervise external contractors for larger repairs or specialized tasks (e.g., HVAC, electrical, elevators), ensuring work is done correctly and safely.
Act as the primary on-site contact for facility-related vendors (cleaning, security, catering, waste, utilities), checking that services meet quality standards.
Work closely with the landlord’s maintenance team to resolve building-related issues promptly.
Support office setup and relocation activities, including moving equipment, installing workstations, and preparing meeting rooms.
Maintain and organize facility tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies.
Keep clear records of maintenance work, service visits, and inspection logs.
Ensure all work complies with health, safety, environmental, and workplace regulations.
Support emergency response procedures, including evacuation drills, fire extinguisher checks, and first aid point maintenance.
Proactively identify and fix potential issues before they become problems—improving safety, efficiency, and colleague comfort.
Assist with any other practical, hands-on tasks assigned by the manager.
Required qualifications and experience:
Proven hands-on experience in facilities maintenance, technical services, or a similar repair-oriented role.
Comfortable using power tools, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Practical problem-solver who enjoys fixing things and working with materials.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or painting is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently, prioritize urgent repairs, and complete tasks from start to finish.
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Experience in a fast-paced industrial, warehouse, or office environment is a plus.
Comfortable working in a multicultural, international team.
Able to respond calmly and effectively to emergency facility incidents.
Technical/vocational training (e.g., MBO-level) is a strong advantage.
Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
Valid Driver’s License B is required; additional certificates (e.g., VCA, first aid, forklift) are a plus.
MBO working and thinking level, with a strong preference for practical, hands-on experience over theoretical knowledge.
We offer:
Performance and experience-based competitive remuneration, pension plan;
25 holidays + option to purchase 5 extra holidays;
Commuting allowance;
Department & company-wide teambuilding events;
An exciting opportunity to be part of the European transition to Zero Emissions transportation and de-carbonization of the economy.
