Job Title: Facilities Supervisor
Department: Facilities Management
Reports To: Facilities Manager / Operations Manager
Location:Cebu
Employment Type: Full-Time
Travel Requirement: Yes – Regular travel to various sites is required.
Job Summary:
The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of facility maintenance and renovation projects. This includes managing task assignments, evaluating team performance, resolving technical issues, and supporting both ongoing and upcoming facility projects. The role also ensures effective coordination with suppliers and procurement teams, especially for renovation and construction-related work. Regular site visits are essential to monitor progress and maintain standards. This position plays a key role in supporting business continuity through strategic facility improvements and repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Task and Resource Coordination:
- Ensure alignment of daily tasks with operational requirements and oversee the efficient execution of assigned responsibilities.
- Team Performance Monitoring:
Supervise and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and support to maintain high service standards.
- Renovation Project Oversight:
Lead renovation activities across facilities, including planning, execution, and completion. Coordinate closely with accredited suppliers and contractors for job orders, work scheduling, and quality control.Work with the procurement team to secure necessary materials, services, and resources for renovation and maintenance work. Ensure suppliers meet accreditation and compliance standards.Act as the first level of escalation for operational and technical issues. Address and help resolve sensitive problems and team conflicts.Provide continuous support for facility maintenance, leasehold improvements, and structural updates. Monitor progress of renovation and repair works to ensure adherence to scope, timelines, and quality standards.Support technical design evaluations and construction fit-out requirements for new or upcoming rental spaces, ensuring alignment with company standards.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety, design, and operational guidelines.Qualifications:

- Proven experience in facilities supervision, building renovation, or related project oversight
- Familiarity with procurement processes and working with accredited suppliers or contractors
- Strong leadership, communication, and project coordination skills
- Knowledge in construction fit-out, technical design, and facilities planning
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve issues in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to various site locations
- Familiarity with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards in renovation projects
