Facilities Supervisor

The Facilities Supervisor at Shaw/Stewart is charged with overseeing our Dricon Manufacturing Plant and managing the facility maintenance of our 19-acre Yard. This integral member of the Shaw/Stewart Operations team must be well versed in manufacturing, planning, and facilities maintenance. Strong verbal and written communication skills will be necessary to lead and hold team members accountable.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Safety – Safely Operate and Maintain Company Property
• Lead, Manage and hold department Accountabilities
• Plant Management – Schedule Treating to maximize uptime with production
• Maintain Area of Responsibility – Maintain treating and sticking equipment
• Facilities Maintenance – Develop routine maintenance schedule to improve operations and manage outside facility vendor relationships
