Facilities Technician

JOB SUMMARY:

To ensure the proper operation, maintenance, and repair of Facilities/Utilities Equipments, including scheduling work, performing inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards. They also handle technical troubleshooting, coordinate with other departments, and maintain detailed records of maintenance,repairs and others

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Team and operational management:

Perform daily activities on Facilities/Utilities Equipments.

Perform tasks, and work schedule assignment

Monitor the performance of all Facilities/Utilities and related equipment.

Ensure operational KPIs and customer service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

Maintenance and repair:

Conduct Planned, Preventative and Corrective maintenance schedules.

Perform complex repairs, diagnostics, and installations.

Troubleshoot issues with ,Facilities/Utilities systems such as FDAS/AFSS and others

Conduct regular inspections and rounds to check the health of the systems.

Technical and administrative duties:

Maintain accurate records of all work performed, maintenance history, and equipment status.

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards, codes, and regulations.

Develop and communicate procedures and best practices to the team.

Communicate equipment issues and repair plans to Supervisors and other managers.

Recommend the replacement of defective parts or entire systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required skills and qualifications:

Strong knowledge on Facilities/Utilities operation and maintenance principles.

Experience with specific Facilities/Utilities equipment operation, maintenance and plumbing

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical layouts, mechanical. hydraulic and Pneumatic diagrams.

Physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing ladders and lifting heavy objects.

Vocational, high school diploma or equivalent is often required, with vocational training or National certifications(RMP,RET)being highly beneficial.

REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS

National certifications(RMP,RET)being highly beneficial.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
