Facility Coordinator

We’re looking for a Dutch-speaking Facility Coordinator to support the technical operations, supplier management, and real estate functions of a dynamic financial services company. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained workspace while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee maintenance needs for office premises in collaboration with vendors.
• Ensure compliance with People & Property Security (PPS) procedures and conduct regular safety checks.
• Maintain and manage building-related technology, safety, and security protocols.
• Support the first responder team with training schedules, evacuation plans, and fire drills.
• Manage asset inventory, including office equipment and furniture.
• Document maintenance reports, monitor expenses, and support process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with facility-related projects and provide operational support to the Facility Management team.

What You’ll Bring

• Proficiency in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• 2+ years of experience in facility coordination, project management, or real estate.
• A bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Technical Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Knowledge of Facilities Management Information Systems (FMIS) like TOPdesk or ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
