Job Summary:

We are seeking a Farm Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of farm equipment, machinery, and electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in electrical or mechanical engineering, with experience in troubleshooting, safety standards, and leading a team to ensure the efficiency and reliability of the farm's operations.

Requirements:

• Graduate of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related course
• Equipped with knowledge in motor controls, electrical connections, generators, pumps, and other farm equipment and machinery
• Familiarity with safety and compliance standards in the relevant industry
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a critical thinking mindset
• Good communication and leadership skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (Excel, Word, and PPT)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a 2-wheeled vehicle

Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety and compliance with farm maintenance procedures and regulations
• Manage manpower and schedule of maintenance activities to ensure smooth operation
• Strive for zero percent preventable damage and zero percent preventable downtime on equipment
• Ensure accurate and complete data recording for all maintenance activities and repairs
• Supervise and lead maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to improve work processes and efficiency
• Perform regular inspections and monitor the condition of equipment and facilities
• Conduct troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on farm equipment and machinery
