Female Disability Support Worker

We are looking for passionate support workers to join the team to support through services and activities that are centered around client's needs, interests, abilities, and choices/

Available to work through the week.

Main Tasks

· Supporting clients in the range of daily living including personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, shopping, laundry and etc.

· Accompanying participants on planned and chosen outings within the community and recreational activities.

· Resourcing and/or creating meaningful, exciting activities.

· Medication including administering, recording and ordering.

· Maintain progress notes, incident reports, daily records and all the necessary documents.

· Domestic tasks assistance including cleaning.

· Handling complex or challenging situations or behaviors calmly and rationally.

Required Qualities

· Professional approach and follow management's instructions

· Ability to work under pressure and work as a team

· Excellent attention to detail

· Have reliable transport with a valid driver’s license and car insurance

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $32.73 – $72.00 per hour
