We are looking for a reliable and tech-savvy Front Office Administrator to manage daily office operations, support sales, handle basic bookkeeping, and work with our internal systems and WordPress website.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using technology to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle front office duties (emails, phone calls, customer inquiries)
- Support sales operations (quotes, invoices, follow-ups)
- Perform basic bookkeeping (payments, records, reports)
- Work with our internal system/CRM
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
- Coordinate with management on daily tasks and reporting
Requirements
- Strong IT knowledge (very important)
- Comfortable learning and working with company systems (very important)
- Understanding of bookkeeping / accounting (very important)
- Sales or customer service experience is a strong asset
- Good communication skills (English required)
- Highly organized and dependable
Nice to Have
- Experience with WooCommerce
- Familiarity with invoicing software or CRMs
- Previous experience in office administration or sales support
