Field Lead- Cleaning Services

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Lead for our Cleaning Services team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional cleaning services in residential settings. This role requires a hands-on approach, ensuring that our clients receive the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of cleaning professionals in residential cleaning assignments while maintaining a positive work environment.
• Transport self and supplies between job sites as needed.
• Conduct thorough cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various surfaces.
• Oversee floor care activities, ensuring proper techniques are used for different flooring types.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout all assigned properties.
• Train new staff on cleaning protocols, safety procedures, and customer service expectations in the field and periodically in a classroom setting.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, itemized and cleaned after use.
• Assist with janitorial tasks as required in residential cleaning.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning roles 5+ years cleaning, 3+ years leading.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and floor care methods.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
• Experience in housekeeping management or leading a team is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
