Field Operations Coordinator

About the Role

AddaVolt is installing EV charging stations across Northern Luzon. We are looking for an organized and proactive Rollout Coordinator who can manage installation schedules, installers, materials, and documentation — ensuring fast, high-quality deployments.

This role is perfect for someone with experience in telco rollout, IT deployment, construction coordination, or technical field operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full installation pipeline (signed → survey → installation → activation).
• Schedule site surveys and installation dates with engineers and installers.
• Monitor materials, tools, consumables, and charger inventory.
• Coordinate with electrical contractors, suppliers, and logistics teams.
• Ensure proper installation based on AddaVolt technical standards.
• Conduct site inspections, QC checks, and documentation (photos, reports).
• Support hosts during activation and basic app/mechanical walkthroughs.
• Prepare daily/weekly rollout status reports.
• Escalate issues to engineers and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in project coordination, technical rollouts, construction, telco deployments, or related fields. (Licensed Engineer a plus)
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience working with field technicians or contractors is a plus.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple sites at once.
• Basic understanding of electrical work is an advantage (but not required).
• Willing to travel regularly for site visits.
• Must have an existing driver's license
