The Role

We have ambitious growth plans after acquiring the master license to own and operate all MBE franchises across the Isle of Ireland. Our responsibilities are to continue the expansion of MBE stores across the country and establish our network, given this we are opening our second store in Dublin in March of 2025. Your responsibility will be to generate B2B contracts to supplement our growth in the Republic of Ireland. The first 3 months of the role will be heavily weighted towards sales generation with a few hours each day spent in store with the store manager to gain a solid understanding of store operations and assisting where necessary with the start-up of the new location. Following this all responsibility will be focused on Sales generation.

The successful candidate(s) will be driven, confident, proactive and have a good understanding of relationship building. Experience in operating within a highly pressurised and deadline driven sales environment to close sales deals and achieve targets.

Your duties will include:-

  • Pro-actively work with our country's General Manager
  • Actively setting appointments through our CRM and cold-calling
  • Have responsibility of generating B2B contracts across Ireland
  • Attend pre-booked appointment, face 2 face and webinars.
  • Liaise with senior-level decision makers (owners, MDs, FDs etc.).
  • Uncovering / identifying new business sales opportunities.
  • Selling the full range of MBE products and services, proactively up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Using our CRM system (SalesSpeak) to input information.
  • Assisting with store operations in the first 3 months of the role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €40,000.00 per year
