DECOLIVING is a leader in premium rugs, bringing timeless style and quality craftsmanship to homes, hotels, and design spaces. We are looking for a Demo Lead who can inspire clients during rug demonstrations and close deals with warmth and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead rug demonstrations, showcasing products with confidence and product knowledge.
• Close sales during or after demos, ensuring client satisfaction and follow-up.
• Serve as a role model for the team in customer service, work ethics, and professionalism.
• Build rapport with clients and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, sales, and demo activities.
• Coordinate with other team members for smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Pleasant and professional demeanor.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to close sales or experience in sales presentations.
• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable with documentation and reporting.
• Experience in retail, home décor, or interior design is a plus.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
