Field Sales Officer

Job Responsibilities

1. Implementation of product promos and marketing activities.
2. Getting the potential of the Retailer's branch Information for expansion.
3. Receive P.O. from the Retail Portals and Non-Portals Retailers.
4. Checking P.O. prices and products.
5. Coordination with the production for the availability of products.
6. Printing of the Purchase order from the portals or other methods.
7. Coordinates with the Order Processor for the preparation of Sales Orders.
8. Monitoring all Purchase orders has created a Sales Order before deadlines.
9. Coordination with the head office regarding the Purchase Order, Replenishment of the stocks for the branch and special rack ender monthly.
10. Updating and monitoring the Inventory management.
11. Processing of documentation for product sampling for both internal and extenal processes.
12. Receiving, checking and summarizing reports from Sales Promisers submit them with the reporting Manager.
13. Create a roving route for the Sales Promisers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Must be a Graduate or Undergrad of any Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2. At least 2year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
4. Good Communication Skills (written and oral)
5. Able to work with Challenge and Collaboration and Teamwork skills
6. Able to work with minimum supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
